Linda J. Raymond Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

BLOOMFIELD – Linda Jean (Sackett) Raymond, 66, of Bloomfield, died on Monday afternoon, March 21, 2022, at her home with her husband by her side. She was born in W. Stewartstown on Oct. 26, 1955, a daughter to the late Charles and Betty (Arsenault) Sackett. Linda worked at different places in the area, mostly as a seamstress, including Plymouth Stitching, and Willoughby’s Finest. She also worked for a time at the Ethan Allen factory and as a bartender at the VFW in North Stratford. She loved her family with everything she had. Linda’s life was cut short as a result of many years of battling illness. She is now with her departed family again, and she will be missed and loved always by her husband and others she has left behind. She is survived by her husband, David, of Bloomfield, Vt.; two children, Christopher Pinard and Heidi Pinard, both of Gorham, N.H.; two sisters, Debbie Sackett of Craftsbury Common, Vt., and Judy McKeage of Colebrook; two half-brothers, David and Robert Dexter of Connecticut; three grandchildren, Anthony, Dominic, and Brett Pinard; and a great-granddaughter, Misa Martin. She also leaves behind her best friend who she considered as close as a sister, Mary Wheeler. Calling hours will be held at the Jenkins & Newman Funeral Home in Colebrook on Sunday, March 27, 2022, from 5 to 7 p.m. A graveside interment service will be held later in the spring at the Fairview Cemetery in North Stratford, of which notice will be given.
